In the context of the company "SFIBRAS", dedicated to the manufacture and sale of road marking products, there is a marked lack of efficient and automated management processes in its operations. The company operates in an environment where quotations, inventory control of products and raw materials, as well as order management, are done manually. This lack of systematization and control represents a critical challenge for the company, as it translates into operational inefficiencies, wasted time, difficulties in decision-making, and an unsatisfactory experience for customers.

The project for Ricardo Palma University consists of developing a conference management system to solve problems in its organization, development and administration. Current challenges include process delays, inaccuracies in data collection, and loss of information. The goal is to improve conference efficiency through digitization and automation, ensuring accuracy in data collection, improving administrative workflow, increasing user satisfaction, and promoting sustainable practices. The project is justified by the need for efficiency and improved accessibility. Feasibility is evaluated considering temporal, technological, economic and human aspects, and is approached from an R+D+I perspective, integrating research, development and innovation.

Web and Mobile System to improve management of the real estate company Inversiones 368 S.A.C.
The product developed is the web module of the complete project that allows to improve the administration of the projects of the real estate company Inversiones 368, for this there will be modules of quotation, management of products, proposals, activities and projects, in order to achieve a greater management and monitoring of the projects. In addition to this, it will be possible to manage the sending of automatic orders and purchase orders as required in each activity to be developed in the project.

A Fixed Asset Inventory system consists of an application that has the function of reporting in detail the status and location of objects owned by the Faculty of Engineering. In order to carry out this work, it is necessary to carry out a physical inspection, in this case, of the Fixed Assets that are to be controlled and inventoried, taking into account the specific characteristics of each one and, in this way, a comparison can be made within the records that previously exist in the Faculty of Engineering or that are going to be generated for the first time.

This project consists of the development of a web system to Improve the Purchasing Administration of the Company "RIKOSFOOD'S.", allowing external users to request a product and register their request to be a member of the institution.
The developed product is a web system that allows improving customer service based on the temporality of product requests, for which a product manager will be implemented, where customer users can view the current inventory of the store in real time. In addition, the system will have a sales manager who will be able to record orders based on inventory and component compatibility. Finally, there will be a section that manages the shipment of the products requested by the customer.
In addition, it has an administrative module, which allows you to manage the company in an optimal way, providing an improvement within the company.
The main purpose of this paper is to present a solution to improve the customer service of the company "Zuka" through a web platform. This company dedicated to the import, purchase and sale of car accessories faces difficulties in the remote attention to its customers.
That is why the need arises to have a system that allows automation and a more effective customer service, for this we used the UML - RUP methodology, at the same time the PHP language was used for programming with the Bootstrap framework and the MYSQL database.

WEB SYSTEM TO IMPROVE THE CARE FLOW OF THE HUATAY GRAFICAS PRINTING PRESS
This paper will discuss the implementation of a System to improve the attention flow of Huatay graphs. Huatay is a Peruvian printing company that is mainly dedicated to the sale of offset printing services, but also offers more services such as: copying, spiraling, insolation of plates and graphic design. During the life cycle of an order it goes through multiple stages for the delivery of the requested print. From the first customer interaction to request a printing service, to the tracking and delivery of the print service for customer satisfaction. However, throughout the process, since the attention of the order is not integrated in a scalable and structured way, an inefficiency is generated in the management of orders, being mainly affected the management of the warehouse, the management of sales of services and the management in the execution of the service. Based on the current problem, the implementation of an Order Management System is proposed in order to solve this problem, improving the flow of attention to orders for services of the Huatay printing house.
